1:1 CACAO & REIKI SESSION

 

Reiki is a centuries-old Japanese energy healing practice that promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress, and supports emotional and physical well-being. It works by channeling universal life energy through the practitioner’s hands to help release blockages, enhance your energy flow, and encourage self-healing.

 

First, I will prepare you a special herbal cacao drink to gently bring you inside and open all your channels to receive the Reiki energy more deeply and from the heart. After a grounding moment, I will guide you through the drinking and an activation meditation. From there, you will be able to lay down and receive the Reiki healing. In every session, I work with a holistic approach by combining Reiki with other tools that I will pick intuitively depending on your needs on the moment, such as sound healing or shamanic practices. At the end, we will come back together for an integration time.

 

Every session can be very different from one to the other and is always bringing you exactly what you need at that moment. You might come out of it feeling more aligned and in tune with your body, mind, soul or with fresh insights on your current challenges... Along with lots of other benefits that you can read below. Ultimately, it is very often experienced as a warm "blanket of love"-time by most people.

1:1 & 1:2 SHAMANIC BREATHWORK SESSION

 

Breathwork promotes your health, partly because it teaches you to use the full capacity of your lung volume and diaphragm, and because it reduces feelings of tension and stress, helping with the release and recognition of emotions, which enhance mental health. Along with the shamanic field, you can access deep layers of yourself through the energy field and all its spirits and helpers. At the end of the session you can face results on 3 levels : Physical, Mental and Spiritual.

 

In our setting, you are either alone or in a duo, so I can focus fully on intuitively supporting your journey through breathing guidance, bodywork such as working with pressure points or TRE® (Tension and trauma releasing exercises), shamanic work such as soul retrieval, and an optional cacao activation that you can choose beforehand. By doing so, I will prepare a special ceremonial cacao drink to open all your channels to receive the benefits of the breathwork more deeply and from the heart. This option includes a grounding and activation meditation with the drinking guidance before you lay down to breathe.

1:2-1:5 SACRED CACAO WORKSHOP

 

Discover the secrets of ceremonial cacao crafting... Curious to discover what is the history of ceremonial cacao and how it is made, what it can bring you to your daily well-being ? Book a private bean-to-cup ceremonial workshop ♡

 

This workshop is designed to bring the group together on a journey where we are both active with our thinking minds and our connected heart. We follow the whole cacao process crafting from the bean to the cup following ancient traditions. I will share most of my knowledge around cacao and do some story telling while we dive through an elemental journey reflecting on ourselves as much as the cacao. Each participant participate to every steps and have space to ask any questions. We will finish by drinking our sacred home-made beverage together in a circle. You'll also leave with a byproduct gathered during the process to make a cacao tea at home.

  • The workshop lasts between 2 and 3 hours
  • The group has a minimum of 2 participants and maximum of 5 participants
  • The required minimum age is 15 years old
  • The cost is €75,-* per person, incl. tea & fruits, and cacao bean tasting, cacao drink, cacao tea to bring home
  • Cancellations with refund are possible until 1 week before the workshop, otherwise you are free to find another person to replace you
