1:1 & 1:2 SHAMANIC BREATHWORK SESSION

 

Breathwork promotes your health, partly because it teaches you to use the full capacity of your lung volume and diaphragm, and because it reduces feelings of tension and stress, helping with the release and recognition of emotions, which enhance mental health. Along with the shamanic field, you can access deep layers of yourself through the energy field and all its spirits and helpers.

In our setting, you are either alone or in a duo, so I can focus fully on intuitively supporting your journey through breathing guidance, bodywork such as working with pressure points or TRE® (Tension and trauma releasing exercises), shamanic work such as soul retrieval, and an optional cacao activation that you can choose beforehand.

By doing so, I will prepare a special ceremonial cacao drink to open all your channels to receive the benefits of the breathwork more deeply and from the heart. This option includes a short activation meditation where I will guide you through the drinking and we will root your intention, before you lay down to breathe.

 

Why would you go to a shamanic breathwork session ?

Emotions can become trapped in your body. When you experience something intense, your system protects you by ensuring that you are not completely overwhelmed by strong feelings. However, when this continues for a long time and you don't learn how to express your emotions, they can become lodged in your body. You can imagine that this is not a healthy mechanism, and it can ultimately lead to physical complaints.

The causes of trapped emotions vary. In all cases, something happens that triggers a stress response in your system, often resulting in a fight, flight, or freeze reaction. As seen, potential causes include traumatic experiences such as an accident, abuse, or the loss of a loved one, or the daily stress, negative thought patterns...

Stuck emotions can have negative consequences. These do not always surface immediately; you may live for years without noticing anything until something happens that brings the trauma to the surface. The consequences can be categorized into physical and mental effects.

Breathing plays a key role in our physical and mental health. Stagnant emotions in your body can be resolved through the power of breath.

One of the most important aspects of the session is letting go of resistance to life. We bring relaxation back into the body, literally creating space to live and be! Proper breathing helps us become more resilient against illnesses, boosting our immunity.

We open our bodies on different layers (psychological, physical, and spiritual), gaining access to various portals (mind, Spirit). This is a wonderful place to be... Each breath journey reveals a new layer to integrate into your physical reality so that you can move forward, and during the session, trust that "You get what you can handle."

Everyone breathe, but can everyone participate to a shamanic breathwork session ?

During a breathwork session, a lot can come to the surface, which may exacerbate depression. Therefore, we advise individuals with severe depression against embarking on this journey. If you are under treatment by a physician and your medication is effective, contact me to discuss your situation. Please note : I would never advise anyone to stop their medication abruptly; I am not a doctor.

Other contraindications :

  • Second trimester of pregnancy

  • Epilepsy

  • High blood pressure

  • Heart conditions / pacemaker

  • Glaucoma

  • Use of psychotropic medication (this medication is central to the treatment of

    various mental disorders)

 

Practical informations...

  • The session takes place in Almere Oosterwold (Netherlands) - free parking
  • The session follows 4 to 5 parts lasting around 2 hours : intention intake + technical guidance, (cacao activation meditation), shamanic energy setting, breathwork, integration
  • The required minimum age is 18 years old
  • The cost is €120,-* for one person / €100,-* per person for a duo session (with your friend, partner, family...)
  • The ceremonial cacao activation is an extra €15,-* per person
  • I will send you a preparation & after-care email after you book your session so you can make the most out of the experience. Note : it isn't recommended to breathe with your own child as the first trauma is often experienced with the mother (birth trauma)
  • Cancellations with full refund are possible until 10 days before the session. After that, you are free to find another person to replace you until 5 days before the session.
