♡ Both our 100% Ceremonial grade cacao are pure producst, that is to say 100% cacao, without sugar or additives. It is sustainable using natural energy as much as possible such as beans sun-drying. It is ethical with lots of respect and commitment towards the farmers. It is hand-crafted tree-to-block. All our love is infused in every block, cleared with smoke magic & channeled with Reiki upon requests!
♡ We craft the Malagasy ceremonial grade cacao from beans sourced in the Sava region of Madagascar. Few cacao farmers families are growing the trees right under the Bemarivo river, in a very dense and complex agroforestry system, you would think you were entering a small forest! The cacao beans are minimally processed in France such as slow-roasted at low temperature, to preserve all the benefits, yet awaken PEA (feel-good hormone) needing heat to be processed in our bodies. The Malagasy cacao is renowned for her balanced acidity, tropical fruity aromas and slightly spicy notes. It’s the amazing balance/duality between the wild African energy and the call to awaken the under-layered simple, raw, authentic & light energy self. Without artifice, tapping into your deep waters, your emotions, get ready to be moved, but from the inside! ♡ The Guatemala cacao find its origin in the region of Alta Verapaz, Guatemala! A beautiful agroforestry system carried by a inspiring regenerative center project, empowering the local community through artisanal production, agroecology and education. The beans are fermented and dried following the Mayan Nawales energies, so each batch holds a specific power. All cacao byproducts are conserved to honor and enjoy all possible cacao earth gifts. The roasting is handled by Maya Q'eqchi women, following the traditional ancient ways using a sacred fire. They peel each bean by hand and prepare all blocks with lots of love and wisdom, before they get to us in the Netherlands so we can spread it your way! Guatemala is known for its strong indigenous heritage remaining very present, which you can feel by drinking this ceremonial grade cacao, as well as a clear feminine presence and a community energy. It has notes of warm vanilla and bright citrus, overall bold and earthy taste.
Presentation : 1 bag of 200g of pieces/big flakes of cacao (precut from block) ready to be straightly used for preparation + 1 block of 250g to be cut for preparation.
